    Role Summary/Purpose: GE is an equal opportunity employer, offering a great work environment, challenging career opportunities, professional training and competitive compensation.Provides financial planning, analysis and reporting support and drives business metrics & expense productivity for Healthcare Financial Services - Equipment Finance business. Leads initiatives (i.e. productivity initiatives, portfolio cash-flow analysis).
    Essential Responsibilities:
  • Provides insight to the business leadership team on key business drivers through financial reporting and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Enhances monthly/quarterly metrics package with financial results by sub-business units / key vendors.
  • Drives expense reporting, analysis, cost efficiencies and productivity with support from off-shore resources.
  • Supports all cross-functional teams in the business like IT, HR, Risk, Legal etc. on buy to pay processes, budgeting & headcount analysis.
  • Helps prepare financial projections for the income statement and balance sheet for ongoing weekly and quarterly financial forecasts as well as key planning sessions. Helps develop ways to track performance vs. goals while communicating risks and opportunities to the business.
  • Develops and runs models for expense allocation to different product lines in pricing models.
  • Completes asset profitability forecasting, reporting, and analysis for business planning processes. Drives modeling improvements to enhance process efficiency.
  • Leads special projects and support new initiatives e.g. portfolio analysis, customer pre-payment behavior, and other tasks as required by the business.
  • Partners with offshore team to complete various deliverables.
  • Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with minimum 5 years of Finance experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant finance experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience in accounting and financial analysis
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams


    Eligibility Requirements:
